Jets tryouts will be held June 2, 2018 at 4:25 at San Diego Ice Arena. Please bring a white and a dark jersey with a number.

ADHSHL PLAYER REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

• Player/parent agree to sign for team

• Team Manager gives LETTER OF INTENT (see attached) to player/parent

• Player/parent completes the LETTER OF INTENT and returns it to Team Manager

• Team Manager makes a copy of the LETTER OF INTENT to keep for the team’s records (send originals to Cindy Frazier as soon as possible after you are done signing all or most of your players)

• Team Manager gives the WELCOME LETTER (coming in separate email by May 25th) to player/parent. The Welcome Letter contains important registration instructions

o Player/parent retains the WELCOME LETTER for reference

• Player/parent completes online registration for team within 24 hours of signing the Letter of Intent- Online registration opens May 25th
